Measuring 7mm wide these Twist Copper Cuffs are handmade in any size. 
 
Copper's anti-inflammatory properties are thought to help ease joint pain, stiffness and conditions like arthritis & rheumatism.
 
The skin under the bangle might turn slightly green/black. This is a reaction from the copper interacting with sweat and is harmless. Clean with warm soapy water. drying thoroughly with a soft cloth.

    • Wrap it round your wrist where you'd wear the cuff
    • Mark the string and lay flat on ruler
    • 18-19cm Small
    • 20-22 Medium
    • 22-24 Large
    • 24+ X Large
    • If in doubt go smaller not bigger
